Le aziende accoglieranno i visitatori con <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">degustazioni<\/strong>, momenti di <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">festa <\/strong>e <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">visite guidate<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Un filo rosso lega la rassegna \u201c<strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Cacio in festa<\/strong>\u201d con l\u2019altro grande evento legato al formaggio, \u201c<strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Buon Gusto \u2013 I formaggi d\u2019Abruzzo<\/strong>\u201d <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">la maggiore rassegna sui formaggi del <\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">centro Italia<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">, giunta quest\u2019anno alla terza edizione e che si svolger\u00e0 a <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Gessopalena<\/strong> (Ch), il <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">13 <\/strong>e il<strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"> 14 Settembre 2008<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Lo stesso spirito di promozione dell\u2019intero settore lattiero-caseario della regione Abruzzo che ha portato alla realizzazione della manifestazione \u201cBuon Gusto\u201d ha spinto operatori ed istituzioni a realizzare una giornata in viaggio per caseifici, per richiamare l\u2019attenzione del pubblico in un altro periodo dell\u2019anno e far conoscere i produttori nella loro dislocazione sul territorio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u201c<strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Cacio in festa<\/strong>\u201d nasce infatti con lo scopo di <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">qualificare e valorizzare i formaggi prodotti sul territorio,<\/strong> individuare e <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">far conoscere i luoghi di produzione, trasformazione e fruizione delle tipicit\u00e0 lattiero-casearie<\/strong>, <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">dare adeguata visibilit\u00e0 a piccole realt\u00e0 territoriali<\/strong> e <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">contribuire alla formazione e all&#8217;educazione del gusto<\/strong> con iniziative a carattere <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">info<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">rmativo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
